All Leh Design Co. earrings are made to order (unless stated otherwise). Most designs are made to ship within 7-10 business days.

I apologize but at this time, we offer shipping to U.S only. Shipping times are approximate and unfortunately, never guaranteed.

• Once your order is with USPS, I will no longer be responsible. If your order is lost, please contact USPS after 30 business days, to file a claim.
• If an order is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

 

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges. If earrings arrive damaged, due to breakage during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days with a photo of your earrings in it's original packaging; we're happy to replace them or offer shop credits (if replacement is not possible).

E A R R I N G  C A R E 

You may be curious to test out the flexibility of polymer clay, but please do not bend them. You can weaken the material and end up breaking your earrings.

- Store earrings in a dry area, like a jewelry box or jewelry stand. If your earring has resin, it's best to store earrings out of direct sun light. 

- Keep away from moisture (lotions, perfumes, makeup etc.)

- Remove before sleeping, swimming and exercising.
